Guganyala Arts & Cultural Market is a vibrant markets space at Giiyong Festival, featuring Aboriginal-owned stalls selling arts, craft and produce. There are also relevant information and community stalls and a variety of cultural activities.
Food Village - the Giiyong Festival Food Vendors prioritise healthy food options and locallly sourced produce. We aim for a good mix of family-friendly offerings, plus some more unusual fare. Food vendors are encouraged to utilise native ingredients in at least one item on their menu. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are encouraged.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Stallholders are responsible for the security of their own equipment at all times. Twofold Aboriginal Corporation and its partners are not liable for any equipment which has been lost, stolen or damaged during the festival.
2. The following materials are not allowed on site for sale, to accompany or to package products:
o Glass
o Plastic Bags
o Plastic Straws
o Skewers
3. Recycling and a sustainable attitude compulsory!
4. Bump in may begin at 2.00pm Friday 21 November 2025 or 6:30am Saturday 22 November. Please note Giiyong Festival and its partners will not be responsible for the supply of power, or the security of your site/equipment overnight.
5. Vehicles are not to remain on site unless they are part of your stall. All vehicles are to be removed by 9:30am 22 November 2025. Whilst not recommended, if you need to get supplies throughout the day please advise Giiyong Festival administration - Kate on 0447006913 and arrangements will be made to ensure safe movement through the Festival site.
6. Minimum hours of operation are 10.00am am to 8.00pm (extended hours are OK) 22 November 2025. Vendors will be advised immediately if these hours change.
7. Pack down can commence from 7.30pm and bump out begins at approximately 8.30pm Saturday 2s November 2025, but you must wait until the music stops and security has cleared all attendees before moving vehicles. This time may be subject to change, but you will be advised accordingly.
8. All stalls must be packed up and removed by 2:00pm Sunday 23 November 2025 - there is no security after 8pm Sat 22 November.
9. Camping MAY be available for stallholders at a small cost - this will be advised ASAP.
10. If your application is successful you will be invoiced by email for payment. Payment must be paid before 1 November 2025 unless other arrangements are made..
11. If your application is unsuccessful you will be advised by email.
12. All food stalls are required to have their own fire extinguisher and fire blankets, currently tested and in good working order. These can be purchased in Auto stores or Hardware stores. All Food stallholders will be required to ensure that food is kept at the correct HACCP temperatures. Be mindful of your equipment and whether or not it may need extra power.
13. ALL stallholders are responsible for the removal/recycling of ALL their own rubbish and general waste. Stallholders who leave rubbish behind will be charged a minimum of $200 for removal.
14. All power requirements must be submitted with application. It is a requirement in NSW that all electrical leads MUST be tagged and tested. All powered equipment MUST have current tag and testing labels attached. All equipment that does not comply will be either removed from site or the leads will be removed. If additional power is required onsite and has not been pre-ordered it may not be available an it will be charged at $100 per 15 amps. Unauthorised generators will be switched off.
15. All stallholders must supply their own lighting for night time service. We suggest solar lighting for market stalls.
17. No refunds will be given if the stallholder does not attend the Festival.
18. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of the Giiyong Festival. Refunds will only be paid if Giiyong Festival is cancelled. If the Festival is moved to another date, stallholder bookings will be carried over. If the stallholder can't attend the new date a full refund will be given.
19. All vendors are required to maintain and monitor current restrictions and recommendations in relation to COVID-19 or other health outbreaks and follow protocols appropriate at the time in accordance with NSW Health guidelines.
20. All stallholders and vendors must have current Public Liability insurance and present a Certificate of Currency.
21. All food vendors must submit their Bega Valley Shire food vendor registration number.
22. If you have staff coming and going during the day they must have a valid entry ticket. Each stall will be sent a link for 4 free tickets.
23. STRICTLY ON DOGS ON SITE or in the Camping Area (if available). Dogs are not to be left in vehicles.
24. Non compliance with any of the above may see your application denied or your site shut down, it may also affect future applications.
25. Twofold Aboriinal Corporation and its partners have the right to close down any site at anytime during the event and to expel any person or persons from the festival site.
