DOCKER RIVER BAND
Docker River Band come from Kaltukatjara (Docker River) — a small desert community near the WA/NT border surrounded by gum trees, red dirt, cliffs, and spirit.
The five-piece band features:
Roy Jugadai – Guitar & Vocals
Albert Porter – Keys & Vocals
Thaddeus Mitchell – Keys
Peter Bennett – Bass
Dion Bell – Drums
They sing in Pitjantjatjara and English, blending their own lived stories with reggae rhythms and desert soul. The songs are about family, land, longing, and pride — real music, from real places.
